Buddy who just picked up that Z50 brought it over to do some troubleshooting. I had no idea they were so tiny

It makes my Grom look like a full sized bike. And to give you an idea of scale

It kind of like the Honda Trail 50 that my grandparents used to let me ride around their farm. God I loved that little thing.

At first I was like “oh that’s not as small as I thought sitting next to the street triple.... Oh wait, that’s the Grom!”

I realized after I took the photo that the Grom ended up looking like the street triple . Wish I’d snapped a photo of the three

Sold the SV. Triple covers that ground too well so it wasn’t getting ridden

Z50s are a blast. Nice condition ones have been climbing in value.

I’m excited to give it a try! As it sits the tires do not hold air and it had a pretty mean tip in bog (no air filter)

But we got it running straight away! Valves were set too tight and weren’t sealing, adjusted to spec and she fired right up.
